Registration for the 2011-2012 School Year

If you are interested in enrolling your child for the 2011-2012 school year, please contact Elisha Ruiz in th office at 215-324-1050 to inquire about openings.  To secure a spot for your child, please be prepared to pay a registration fee of $150 per family and book fee of $50 per child upon registration.  Thank you.

Enrollment Procedures

  Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten: 
1.     Parent must fill out the Family Application and the New Student Application.
2.     Parent must have a birth certificate and shot records available to copy. Pre-K students must be 4 years old by September 1st.
3.     If space is available, parent will pay the registration fee.
4.     Before the first day of school, parent must hand in a completed Child Health Assessment.
 
 1st – 5th grade:
 
1.     Parent must fill out the Family Application and the New Student Application. 
2.     Parent must sign a “Consent for Release” form.
3.     School will collect student records and schedule a time for testing.
4.     Student will undergo testing.
5.     School will inform parent of acceptance.
6.     Before the first day of school, parent must hand in a completed Child Health Assessment form.
 
 6th – 8th grade:
         1.     Parent must fill out the Family Application and the New Student Application.
2.  Parent must sign a “Consent for Release” form.
3.  School will collect student records and schedule a time for testing.
4.  Student will undergo testing.
5.  Principal will interview student.
6.  School will inform parent of acceptance.
7.  Before the first day of school, parent must hand in a completed Child Health Assessment form.
