Employment Openings for 2026-2027

We are looking for the right people to join our amazing staff and become part of the HPCA family.  All positions require experience leading urban youth, agreement with our statement of faith, and active membership in a Christian church.  We are seeking people to fill the following positions:

Full-Time Positions:

Compensation includes 100% coverage of teachers' health plan premium.  Full-time teaching positions require a bachelor's degree.

1st Grade Teacher

5th grade teacher 

Part-Time Positions:

Gym Teacher

Music teacher 

Lunch Assistant
