2023 Theme Day: Let There Be Light Day

Our second Theme Tuesday of the month was "Let There Be Light Day." Mrs. Figueiredo, along with our 8th grade students, organized different stations with various STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) activities focused on light for each class to participate in. Students were also given the opportunity to dress like a scientist or any source of light. Between the creative costumes and hands-on activities, students had a wonderful time exploring STEM learning and getting to know the ultimate source of all light--our God!
