2021 International Presentations

At HPCA, part of the core of our mission is to provide a Christian education that "celebrates a diverse community," since we know that God's Kingdom is one made up of people from every "nation, tribe, people, and language" (Rev. 7:9). One of the ways we celebrated this community was through "Loving Your Neighbor International Presentations," in which students introduced their classmates to aspects of their ancestral heritage or their own homes. Through reciting poetry, cooking traditional foods, wearing traditional outfits, sharing family values, and more, our students helped us get a greater glimpse at our God, who delights in diversity, and helped us learn to love our neighbor more deeply and thoughtfully. What a gift it is to share together in this beautiful, multi-colored, multi-cultured community God has gathered.
